The primary goal of the Wolastoq Language Center is to promote and preserve our ancestral Wolastoq language. Revival and maintenance of our language requires a central and focal point for development of language initiatives designed to promote our mother tongue. The Center will establish and maintain a strong working relationship with individual Wolastoq First Nations thereby ensuring an exchange and sharing of information, strategies and approaches.
